We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our finance team. The FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in driving financial performance by providing insightful analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support. This role will work closely with senior management to ensure financial strategies align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting processes. Assist in creating annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide support for decision-making. Facilitate communication between finance and other departments.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in strategic planning efforts by evaluating financial implications of business decisions and initiatives. Support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements in financial planning and reporting. Implement best practices and streamline financial processes.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct special projects and ad hoc analysis as required to support business initiatives and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• 4 years experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related field. Experience in [specific industry, if applicable] is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
