As a key member of the Corporate Operations team, the VIP Travel Advisor will be responsible for the successful completion of comprehensive, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements for Direct Travel clients within company policies utilizing corporate contracts and preferred suppliers in an efficient and professional manner.  

This role will work closely with the Direct Travel VP of Business Development and report to the Director of Operations. 

Position is Remote working 9am-6 pm Pacific Time. Must have 5+ years of VIP AND Apollo experience. 

• Minimum five years of VIP corporate consultant experience
• Proficient in Apollo
• Ability to create domestic and international multi-segment, multi-destination itineraries
• Must demonstrate industry knowledge
• Ability to meet and exceed required performance standards
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum knowledge of Outlook skills and basic Microsoft platforms
• Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
