Position Overview

The Senior Process & Solution Design Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, optimizing, and enabling end‑to‑end business processes across Direct Travel’s integrated application ecosystem including Salesforce, ERP, Smartsheet, GTM, Customer Success platforms, Digital Unified Communications, and travel back‑office systems. This role blends deep process analysis with solution design and platform expertise to ensure the E2E Integrated Business Model is consistently modeled, automated, and measured from awareness to lead, opportunity to close, activation to adoption, traveler support, and order to cash. Reporting to the Director, IT Enterprise Services, this role partners closely with business and IT leaders to translate requirements into scalable, cloud-based solutions and AI‑driven automation that improve efficiency, customer experience, and financial performance.

 

Charter

  • Analyze, design, and document end‑to‑end processes across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Service, Finance, Travel Backoffice, Operations, and HR, ensuring they are consistently enabled in the enterprise application ecosystem.
  • Define and deliver integrated solutions that connect Salesforce, ERP, Smartsheet, Customer Success tools, and Digital Unified Communications into a cohesive workflow supporting the full customer and traveler lifecycle.
  • Champion standardization, automation, and data integrity across lead‑to‑cash, contract‑to‑close, and activation‑to‑adoption processes, ensuring they are measurable and aligned to business outcomes.
  • Support and influence the IT Enterprise Services roadmap by providing process and solution design input aligned with corporate strategy and growth objectives.

 

Responsibilities

Process design and optimization

  • Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, and redesign efforts using design thinking and data-driven analysis.
  • Define future state processes leveraging Salesforce, ERP, Smartsheet, Customer Success platforms, and Unified Communications.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, playbooks, and solution design artifacts.

Solution design and application enablement

  • Translate business requirements into detailed solution designs, user stories, and configuration specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and admins to ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
  • Design and refine integrations and data flows that provide a single customer lifecycle view.

Data, KPIs, and analytics

  • Define and steward data models, metrics, and KPIs for lifecycle performance and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with analytics teams to design dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and alignment of master and reference data.

AI, automation, and emerging technologies

  • Identify opportunities to introduce AI, ML, and automation across enterprise processes.
  • Collaborate with platform owners to implement AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Monitor emerging technologies to inform design and roadmap decisions.

Cross Collaboration with Peers of the ITES team

  • Participate in team planning, standards development, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure cohesive communication and delivery across application platforms.
  • Support governance ensuring enhancements align to the integrated process flow.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, process analysis, or related fields.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, integrations, automation, and data design.
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize complex processes.
  • Ability to work lawfully in the US/Canada without sponsorship.

 

Additional Skills

  • Knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems and financial processes.
  • Familiarity with customer-facing cloud applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Industry certifications (PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Experience with data‑intensive and distributed systems.
