Your Expedition (Position Overview)
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our growing Compensation team. This role will play a key part in the design, evaluation, and administration of compensation programs across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate brings strong data analysis skills, sound judgment, and experience interpreting compensation frameworks within both U.S. and Canadian labor environments.
You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure our compensation practices support internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
