Your Expedition (Position Overview)
Direct Travel is looking for an innovative, strategic, and results-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager (Sr. PMM) to join our team. In this role, the Sr. PMM will drive go-to-market (GTM) planning and launches, enabling our sales team with impactful tools and insights to succeed in competitive markets.

Going the Extra Mile (Responsibilities)
GTM Planning & Launches:
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategies, including detailed launch plans, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch analysis.
- Create compelling launch moments that drive market impact and customer adoption.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of GTM initiatives.
- Define and track key business metrics to measure launch success, analyze performance, and optimize future strategies..
Sales Enablement:
- Create and deliver impactful sales enablement materials, such as presentations, case studies, training resources, and competitive battlecards.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to identify gaps and opportunities, aligning enablement efforts with sales priorities and revenue goals.
- Lead internal training sessions to ensure the sales team understands product features, value propositions, and differentiation.
Market, Competitor, & Customer Intelligence:
- Conduct research and analysis to uncover market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs.
- Translate findings into actionable strategies to inform product development, GTM efforts, and sales tactics.
- Build and maintain a repository of competitive intelligence and insights for cross-functional use.
- Partner with the product team to influence the product roadmap based on market and customer insights.
Persona & Journey Mapping:
- Develop customer personas and journey maps to shape targeted marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Work with product and marketing teams to align campaigns and GTM tactics with customer pain points and decision-making processes.
Strategic Marketing Support (As Needed)
- Provide research and analysis to support pricing and packaging initiatives, including competitive benchmarking and market evaluations.
- Partner with leadership on strategic pricing projects, offering analytical support and insights as needed.
- Contribute to the development of product narratives that articulate Direct Travel’s value and help clients maximize the impact of their travel programs.
- Support the creation and refinement of value propositions, positioning frameworks, and messaging strategies.
- Help ensure consistency of messaging across marketing campaigns, sales assets, and other customer-facing materials.
- Assist with segmentation initiatives by conducting research, performing analysis, and identifying patterns and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover segmentation-driven growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Your Passport to Success (Qualifications)
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven success in managing GTM planning and executing product launches.
- Strong experience with sales enablement, including creating impactful tools and training materials.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market, competitor, and customer research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering presentations and training sessions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with superior attention to detail.
- Creative, strategic thinker who uses insights to inform decision-making and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and as a cross-functional partner.

- Experience leading go-to-market strategies for service-based products.
- Experience in customer segmentation, persona development, and journey mapping.
- Knowledge of competitive intelligence tools and marketing analytics platforms.
