This position is responsible for building registration sites in CreativeEDGE, Cvent and the Performance Solution Platform;
build related areas of Cvent as needed; build mobile apps in EventAPP and Cvent’s Hub App and EventMobi; support the
technology on-site; and training others on CreativeEDGE. The individual in this role will also project manage the
registration website builds internally and with the external client to ensure all deadlines are met and provide technology
support to Program Specialists/Registration Managers. Additionally, this position will support builds in other platforms
such as 6Connex, surveys in Survey Monkey and any other platforms potential clients may require and are approved by
Creative Group.
Going the Extra Mile (Responsibilities)
Owns the technical component of the program by anticipating the needs of the client, instill confidence that the
platform is in good hands, build rapport with the client and professionally represent the Creative Group Core Values.
Effectively manage the client:
• Participates in ongoing client planning calls.
• Identifies and understands client interests, issues, expectations, and priorities.
• Acknowledges and escalates client and attendee concerns.
• Adheres to Creative Group policies regarding appropriate and professional client interaction.
• Abides by the local laws and culture of the designated program venue.
• Builds mobile apps based on client requirements that encourage client’s future use.
• Provide recommendations based off of experience and using the knowledge gained in each platform.
Technology Management:
• Builds event-related registration websites using proprietary software tools, CreativeEDGE as well as Cvent.
• Builds virtual environments in 6Connex and supports the project from registration until the event dates.
• Builds and manages other technology applications such as, but not limited to, mobile apps.
• Supports mobile apps on–site.
• Partners with the Program Manager and Program Specialist/Registration Managers during client discovery meetings
to translate specific needs into website requirements.
• Liaisons with the internal Technology Services department for technology support.
• Leverages working knowledge of proprietary software and Cvent capabilities in order to make successful
recommendations to client.
• Implements final electronic registration and Mobile App (if applicable).
• Assist Program Specialists/Registration Managers with any trouble shooting in the use of CreativeEDGE.
• Provides support and attendee help in Mobile Solutions.
Internal Communications Management:
• Leverages experience and creative thinking to identify opportunities for increased process efficiency.
• Shares strategies and best practices with colleagues looking for cost and time efficiencies.
On-site Services:
• Provides on-site services when required in complex programs.
• Provides on-site App support as needed.
• Travels on-site when training opportunities are identified and approved by management.
Other Duties:
• Trains end-users on Platforms; ensure staff is set-up correctly and learns how to use the system as it relates to their
job function; provides guidance for new features as they become available; provides refresher trainings as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Your Passport to Success (Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in service, hospitality or event industry is preferred.
• Cvent experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Some experience with HTML or DHTML is preferred.

Working Conditions:
• Ability and willingness to work extended work days and possible weekends.
• Accessible during acceptable working hours identified per project/program.
• Ability to travel on occasion as program demands.
• Frequent use of a computer and other office equipment
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing and walking.
