This is a fully remote position. Candidates from any location in U.S. and Canada will be considered. This junior level position will work closely with the entire clinical team in the US, Canada and UK and report to the Manager of U.S. Clinical Reservations
Expectations
- Manage domestic and international travel requests received through our secure HIPAA/GDPR-compliant portal
- Book and coordinate all aspects of patient travel, including air, hotel, rental car, sedan service, ground ambulance, and other specialized medical arrangements
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, caregivers, and clients.
- Liaise with pharmaceutical clients to ensure seamless communication and support for sponsored patients
- Collaborate with team members and participate in regular meetings to ensure alignment and consistency
- Resolve travel-related issues quickly and effectively with a focus on patient care
- Apply creative thinking to develop solutions for complex or urgent travel needs
- The candidate will go through training to become GCP certified (Good Clinical Practice)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Travel Advisor, with demonstrated expertise in client service and travel coordination
- Strong proficiency in Sabre GDS is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in keyboarding and general computer use
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
- Proven ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship
