The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for a portfolio of key clients, primarily in the Energy and Marine sectors. You’ll be instrumental in building long-term relationships, driving value through our travel solutions, and ensuring that every client touchpoint reflects the world-class service ATPI is known for.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver custom solutions, foster client success, and contribute to our ongoing growth in North America.

This position is hybrid with at least 1 day per week in our Houston office and remote the rest of the week.

What You’ll Do

Be the primary contact and relationship owner for assigned clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Align client objectives with ATPI’s solutions, creating customized strategies and measurable roadmaps.

Identify opportunities for account expansion, consult on supplier agreements, and lead performance reviews.

Ensure seamless execution of travel programs through close collaboration with operational teams.

Deliver impactful reporting, insights, and recommendations using ATPI's advanced technologies.

Represent ATPI at industry events and client meetings as a knowledgeable, confident brand ambassador.

Maintain CRM records with accurate, detailed activity and client intelligence.

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor movements, and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

3–5 years in Account Management

Travel Management background highly desirable

Skills & Mindset:

• A proactive relationship-builder with outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into insight and action
• Confident in negotiating, problem-solving, and influencing at all levels
• Skilled at creating compelling proposals and tailored presentations
• Agile and adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry
• Curious and commercially minded, with an eye on new opportunities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; social media savvy (LinkedIn preferred)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
