At Echodyne, we believe radar makes the world safer and more secure in the age of autonomy. We are seeking a Principal Reliability Engineer to join our team designing and manufacturing high-performance radar products.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our products perform reliably over their service life. You will work as a member of the concurrent engineering team to ensure reliability is designed into the product through appropriate selection of materials, assembly processes, and design features. You will apply Design for Excellence (DfX) principles, your experience, and analytical skills to identify critical to reliability design requirements, assess reliability performance, and verify reliable performance by developing and executing reliability test plans.
You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our products by applying your knowledge of physics of failure and skills in physical failure analysis to determine root causes of observed failure modes, develop corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.
