Echodyne is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to join our fast-growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of Solutions Engineers responsible for supporting the deployment, integration, and technical success of Echodyne radar systems for Critical Infrastructure customers across the United States.
- Guide the team in planning and executing system integrations within complex environments such as airports, utilities, transportation networks, data centers, and other critical facilities.
- Oversee and support team members in on-site radar demonstrations and deployments, ensuring they effectively communicate product value, capabilities, and integration approaches tailored to the security and operational needs of Critical Infrastructure clients.
- Lead efforts in installation planning, configuration, system tuning, and performance validation, ensuring reliable operation in diverse environments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Solutions Engineering team and Product, Engineering, and Sales to align integration practices, share customer insights, and influence future product development based on field experience.
- Coordinate the development of technical materials, training content, and application notes that enable customers and partners to operate Echodyne systems effectively and securely.
- Guide post-deployment data collection and analysis, using results to improve integration processes and customer experience.
- Travel up to 50% may be required to customer sites, integration events, and field demonstrations.
- Perform other related duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated ability to lead a technical team managing integrations and deployments for complex customer environments, ideally within the Critical Infrastructure, transportation, or security sectors.
- Proven track record of learning a technical product and clearly communicating its value to customers and partners.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, follow-through, and effective decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and adapt technical depth to the audience.
- Solid technical foundation, analytical thinking, and good technical writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges involving hardware and software.
- Professional integrity, reliability, and a proactive approach to solving customer problems.
DESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills)
- Experience working with Critical Infrastructure security technologies or sensor system integrations.
- Experience deploying or operating radar systems, especially Electronically Scanning Array (ESA) radars.
- Familiarity with network architectures, video management systems, or command-and-control software used in Critical Infrastructure protection.
- Experience with Linux operating systems and command-line tools.
- Familiarity with a programming or scripting language such as Python or MATLAB.
- Basic understanding of signal processing or sensor fusion.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including government, private-sector, and security partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in technical deployment, systems integration, or field engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
LOCATION: Remote US
TRAVEL: Travel as required, both air and ground; 40-50%

WHAT WE OFFER
The pay range for this position is a base salary of $145,000 - $160,000 per year plus commission.
