The Antenna Production Engineering team will own the maintenance and evolution of all antenna and radar test & measurement instruments. Members of this team will be responsible for ensuring that antenna ATP instruments maintain operational uptime to support production targets, for identifying and leading upgrades, and will work with the manufacturing team as SMEs supporting expansions of Echodyne’s production facilities. The team lead will apply technical expertise and strong organizational skills to guide a small, dedicated team responsible for this critical function.
The antenna production engineering team will play a key role in Echodyne’s continued rapid growth by owning the production instruments for our MESA antenna (core-technology) assemblies. Candidates for this position will be exited to work in an operational environment that may include periods of time-pressure to meet production targets, but where every week is a badge of honor knowing your work directly made a positive impact on the safety & security of our country members and allies around the world.
