In this role you will be working with customers and partners to drive new solutions using the
Esper platform. You’ll be a core member of a dynamic team winning new business
opportunities to drive Esper’s fast-paced revenue growth. You are excited to learn new use
cases from innovative teams and startups, and figure out novel ways to apply Esper’s
platform to immediately deliver what’s needed. If there’s a gap, you’ll be an advocate to the
Esper development team to fill it.
Required Skills:
2-6 year of overall experience
Worked as part of a team to help other companies use a new technology or platform
Helping companies define aspects of their solution using your company’s technology
Take up Evaluations and trials as challenge and drive them win
Build prototypes to fulfil the customer requirements.
Proven track if winning new business
Excellent written and communication skills
Good to have Skills:
Deep expertise in cloud technologies, APIs, and tools
Have done Android application development
Worked with the Android OS, e.g. AOSP builds and modding
Have worked across a wide variety of customer types and vertical markets
Previously have driven the definition of new features in a product or platform based
on customer feedback, and are effective in lobbying for these improvements
Responsibilities:
Being the technical point person for customer and prospect engagements working in
the pre-sales, with CSE and sales teams
Ensure any issues or blockers to business are addressed in partnership with program
management and solutions engineering, and landed with customers and prospects
Specify any required proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations with the customer or
prospect, and ensure timely delivery to specification with implementation of PoCs
Overseeing tight execution timelines with the help of program management
resources available to you
