About the role
As the Client Success Manager, you'll be tasked with overseeing a portfolio of key Evocalize accounts that leverage our Collaborative Marketing Platform to execute impactful digital marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be driving performance and boosting account growth through dynamic digital marketing strategies across various channels. This includes accelerating program adoption, guiding clients through seamless onboarding experiences, offering insights on go-to-market strategies, and nurturing relationships to secure renewals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, emphasizing measurable results and return on investment. With a background in digital marketing from a Digital Media Agency, SaaS Client Success team, and/or Consulting role, you possess firsthand experience in onboarding new clients, driving growth, and strengthening platform adoption. As an organized self-starter, you excel in communication, possess a strong attention to detail, and embrace a data-driven approach to marketing.
For candidates based in Washington or Texas, this role will be hybrid with limited in-office days. For candidates in other locations, this role will be fully remote.
