We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Account Management to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding our account management department to ensure exceptional client satisfaction, retention, and growth within the existing book of business. The Director of Account Management will lead a team of account managers, develop and implement strategic plans, and drive the overall growth of our client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong client partnerships, analyzing account performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that our services consistently meet and exceed client expectations. The salary range for this role is $190,000 to $199,500 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen. All employees receive company equity as part of their compensation package. This role is eligible for a commission. The target commission for the role is 42% based on achievement against specific metrics. |
