Your mission is to make every new customer feel like they made the right call — fast. You aren't just "onboarding" customers; you are accelerating their time-to-value to fuel a $2.2M Net Expansion ARR target. You will build the hybrid AI-human engine that lets us scale to thousands of seats without bloating our headcount.
This role is all about the front door of the customer journey: onboarding, activation, and time-to-value. You'll work closely with Sales and CS leaders to turn new accounts into fast, measurable wins. You'll anticipate friction, close the gaps, and make sure every customer — from seat one to seat one hundred — is up and running before they have a reason to doubt.
Drive 100% activation (connection, activity, and time-saved metrics) within the first four weeks of every account.
Design and build a scalable, AI-augmented onboarding program from the ground up — one that grows our capacity without growing our headcount.
Own the handoff from Sales and set CSMs up for expansion by creating a seamless, low-friction customer experience from day one.
Run a high-velocity book of onboarding projects across 10–100 seat accounts with clarity, consistency, and care.
3–5 years in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success at a high-growth SaaS company.
You build AI into your workflow — not as a novelty, but as a genuine multiplier that frees you up for the work that matters.
You sweat the details so your customers don't have to. You spot problems before they surface and fix them before they sting.
You move with urgency because you know every day without activation is a day closer to churn.
