Your mission is to weaponize our onboarding process. You aren't just "onboarding" customers; you are accelerating their time-to-value to fuel a $2.2M Net Expansion ARR battle. You will build the hybrid AI-human engine that allows us to scale to thousands of seats without bloating our headcount.
This role is all about the front door of the customer journey: onboarding, activation, and time-to-value. You'll work closely with Sales and CS leaders to turn new accounts into fast, measurable wins. You'll anticipate friction, close the gaps, and make sure every customer — from seat one to seat one hundred — is up and running before they have a reason to doubt.
Drive 100% activation (connection, activity, and time-saved metrics) within the first four weeks of every account.
Architect and build the AI-augmented onboarding motion from scratch to scale our capacity without scaling headcount.
Bridge the gap between Sales and CSMs to ensure zero friction and immediate expansion opportunities.
Manage a high-velocity pipeline of 10-100 seat projects with the precision of a Tier-1 consultant.
3-5 years in management consulting or high-growth SaaS implementation.
You don't just use AI; you build it into your workflow to automate the mundane and focus on the high-impact.
You live in the details. You anticipate roadblocks before the customer even sees them.
You hate lag. You move with urgency because you know every day without activation is a day lost to churn.
