In a nutshell:
UGC is one of the biggest compounding levers we haven't fully unlocked. This role exists to build the machine from scratch and prove the impact it has on performance. This means creating a creator programme that generates volume, drives organic word-of-mouth, and feeds top-performing content directly into our paid Creative Factory.

The best version of this role: a creator programme running at scale, a seedling network generating hundreds of real mentions every month, and a direct line between organic content wins and paid performance.

What You're Responsible For

1. Creator Programme at Scale

Build and operate a creator programme that generates +200 organic posts per month across core channels, all mapped to Jobs to be Done. This means:

  • Identifying and onboarding the right creators at volume

  • Building a brief and content system that produces JTBD-aligned, high-quality output consistently

  • Owning the content calendar and channel mix across organic

  • Tracking creator performance and iterating the roster accordingly

  • Setting the standard for what 'good' looks like and making sure every creator knows it

2. Seedling Programme & WOM

Build a seedling programme that generates 500+ word-of-mouth mentions per month. This means:

  • Designing and running a lightweight product seeding operation from the ground up

  • Identifying the right communities, creators, and micro-influencers to seed into

  • Building systems to track and attribute WOM mentions

  • Iterating the programme based on what's driving genuine conversation, not vanity metrics

3. Creative Factory Contribution

The best content you produce doesn't just live organically — it fuels paid. This means:

  • Identifying top-performing organic content and pushing it into the Creative Factory

  • Working hand-in-hand with the Meta squad to feed winning formats into paid campaigns

  • Closing the compounding loop: organic content wins → creative testing → paid scale → lower blended CPW

4. Agency Leadership

You lead a team of agencies to deliver at pace. This means:

  • Setting clear output expectations and holding agencies to delivery, not just activity

  • Working closely with the organic squad and Meta squad as a true cross-functional partner

  • Running a lean, high-output, AI built operation; you do not need headcount to have horsepower

Success Metrics

  • Organic posts per month: Creator programme volume and consistency (target: +200/month)

  • WOM mentions per month: Seedling programme reach (target: 500+/month)

  • Content fed to Creative Factory: Organic-to-paid pipeline velocity

  • Blended CPW contribution: Impact of creator content on paid efficiency

  • Agency output and velocity: Programme execution quality

  • On paid contribution: You actively push winning content to the Meta squad. You don't treat organic as separate from paid — you treat it as the top of a compounding funnel.

  • On agencies: Your agencies know exactly what's expected. You measure output, not effort, and you hold them to it.
