We’ve just started our search for a driven, organised, results-first, Content Marketing Manager to join our Content Marketing team and drive content execution. The ideal candidate will be a native or fluent English speaker familiar with B2B audiences with a proven track record in creating high-quality content deliverables and collaborating cross-functionally.

Your day to day looks something like this:
You’ll join a collaborative and autonomous team, owning and collaborating on growth campaigns, product guides, thought leadership articles, webinars, podcasts, and more to drive customer retention and growth efforts at Go1. You'll fulfil prioritised requests and have the support to develop your own content concepts, guided by the overall content marketing plan.

• Develop and execute engaging content aligned with the content marketing strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute assigned projects
• Manage content calendar and workflow to ensure timely delivery
• Optimise content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX)
• Measure and analyse content performance to drive improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Create a variety of content formats to engage target audiences in new and unique ways

Where excited about you if you have:

• Have worked in B2B marketing, preferably with a SaaS organisation
• Expert in: American English writing, following AP style, editing copy, with and adapting to different tones and styles
• Completely comfortable collaborating with others and receiving feedback on your work
• Can easily juggle and prioritise multiple projects and deadlines, keeping stakeholders informed
• Know how to work independently and with teams across multiple time zones
• Strong communicator with an understanding of stakeholder management
• Comfortable testing new tactics and don’t mind failing sometimes
• Can dig into the data, pull out analytics, and report on your successes and failures
• Understand how to use tools like: Asana, Figma, Writer, Sprout Social, Wordpress, Prismic, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEM rush.
• Fluency in English is essential. French or German would be considered a bonus!

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between £45,000 and £55,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee bonus plan and employee stock options.
