The Mid-Market Customer Success Manager at Go1 is responsible for driving customer value, retention, and growth in the US market. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing the adoption of Go1's learning solutions, and guiding clients through their journey. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, expert relationship management, and the ability to provide high-quality consulting and resources to customers.

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $87,000 and $97,000 your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
