Why you'll love this role:
You’ll join the Content Acquisition & Thought Leadership Team at Go1, helping shape our content ecosystem to ensure every content investment delivers measurable value—for learners, customers, and the business. You will play a part in ensuring content quality standards are met, identifying content gaps and opportunities.
What you'll be doing:
Content Quality Standards & Assessment
· Drive and improve the assessment framework used to evaluate existing and new content partners against strategic quality criteria.
· Evaluate content library and flag quality issues.
· Partner with internal teams to ensure quality benchmarks are applied consistently across the library and in acquisition decisions.
Content Acquisition & Roadmap
· Support the Content Strategy team in identifying content gaps, opportunities and customer requests to inform the content roadmap.
· Work closely with the Acquisition & Thought Leadership to identify key content partner and review incoming leads, in line with the content strategy and the business goals.
Content Advocacy & Enablement
· Empower Sales and Customer Success teams to confidently position and speak to the content library.
· Create internal toolkits, narratives, and enablement materials to support content advocacy across teams, specifically Sales and Customer Success teams.
Customer-Facing Content Expertise & Strategic Curation
· Lead high-impact pre-curations for key prospects and customers, with a focus on the French-speaking and South EMEA markets.
· Act as a content expert and provide customer-facing content guidance in support of strategic sales opportunities, major RFPs, and enterprise customer renewals.
· Collaborate with Customer Experience and Sales teams to shape bespoke content strategies and curations (themes, priority topics, featured content, etc.) that address customer goals.
What we’re looking for:
· FR-EN Bilingual: you’re fluent in French and English and can switch easily from one language to another. You’ll thrive in an international environment.
· Content-savvy: you’re comfortable evaluating learning content for clarity, engagement, reliability and accessibility—and can translate feedback into clear recommendations.
· Customer-oriented: you have a strong sense of what learners and customers value and bring that perspective into your work.
· Excellent Organisational Skills: your exceptional organisational abilities and time management skills allow you to handle multiple tasks and projects with ease, ensuring smooth context-switching across priorities.
· Research and Data Enthusiast: you love diving into a topic, into research or data to uncover trends and insights that inform content strategy and decisions. Big data sets and spreadsheets don’t scare you.
· Collaborative Spirit: you thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy working closely with different teams and cultures. You’re a reliable and considerate teammate who values diverse perspectives while confidently advocating for your own convictions.
· Communication and presentation skills: presenting in a meeting does not scare you, quite the opposite! You’re a compelling communicator and confident presenter—with clear, well-designed slides always at the ready.
· Curious and keen learner: you’re intellectually curious, action-oriented, and unafraid to explore new ideas beyond your role to solve problems and unlock value. You connect the dots, challenge assumptions, and bring fresh thinking to help Go1 and our customers succeed.
This role pays a base of €40k- €45k, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
