About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced SDR Manager to lead and scale our global Sales Development function. This role will inherit an established team of 2 SDRs in the UK and be responsible for building and managing a new US-based team of 2 to 3 SDRs, with room to grow the team.
This is a fully remote role based on the US Eastern Time Zone. Your success will be measured by team performance, pipeline impact, talent development, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a people-first SDR leader who thrives in coaching, building repeatable outbound motion, and partnering cross-functionally to drive pipeline at scale.

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays a base salary between $85,000 and $115,000, 70/30 commission plan, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for employee stock options.
