Deel is hiring an hybrid Sales Engineer | Solutions Architect, to provide services to Greenhouse as its Employer of Record (more information here).
As a hybrid Sales Engineer, you will play a strategic role in helping to close new business deals and also support the scoping of services from a menu of engagements for our existing customer base. With respect to new logos, you'll leverage your technical expertise and deep understanding of our product offerings to partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and deliver compelling product demonstrations and driving the value of our singular and combined solutions. Additionally, you will serve as a key voice of the market and escalate required capabilities to R&D for roadmap consideration.
The Solutions Architect portion of this role would require you to scope services from a menu of engagements for our existing customer base, leveraging your deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and case studies to drive engaging conversations and help our customers realize enhanced value from our partnership.
