We’re looking for a full-stack Founding Account Executive on our sales team. While we are a remote first company, we are ideally looking for someone who is based in NYC to be able to network and attend events.
This is an unique opportunity to join early at a rapidly growing, venture-backed startup where you’ll have high impact and visibility. You’ll help us rapidly scale our customer base, while shaping our sales playbooks and processes along the way.
Bootstrapped from $0-5MM in ARR.
Grew from $0-7MM in ARR with no sales or marketing team.
Close deals on average in 30 days.
So far we rely on inbound demand only.
Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
Run discovery and align on business outcomes.
Partner with other internal stakeholders (CEO, engineers) to demo capabilities.
Educate customers on how GrowthX fits into their Growth strategy.
Build and maintain your pipeline to consistently hit revenue targets.
Kickstart our warm outbound motion.
Must have:
3+ years of B2B sales experience (bonus if you also have Agency experience).
Demonstrated history of quota attainment and overachievement.
Experience selling to CMOs or other GTM leaders.
Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
A postitive, energetic attitude.
Both a hunter and farmer mentality.
Insanely high agency and autonomy. You just figure stuff out.
Nice to have:
Experience in a startup or hyper-growth environment.
Experience in high velocity sales environment - our deal cycles are 30 days on average.
AI forward mindset - you don’t have to know every AI tool, but you use it in your daily work to be more productive.
