Your expertise in data analytics, digital channels, proven conversion practices, and pipeline attribution modeling equips you to craft high-impact, performance-based marketing strategies.
This is a strategic role where you will focus on coordinating and driving our growth initiatives in the EMEA & ANZ regions. Collaborating with global demand generation, regional field marketing peers, and sales leaders, your aim is to consistently surpass our revenue growth targets.
Ultimately, this role will use data and insights to drive efficient and effective account-based marketing campaigns that leverage an integrated, global motion including localising global content for regional impact, paired with regional specificity for the EMEA and ANZ markets that grow pipeline through:
- 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many digital programs in partnership with sales
- Tailored, scalable nurture programs
- Cross- and upsell programs in partnership with account management team
- Paid media activities
- Data analysis and excellence that identifies outpeforming investments and eliminates waste
Knowledge of GDPR regulations and experience in driving tailored growth initiatives within the EMEA region is an advantage, especially concerning our international marketing database strategies.
What You'll Do
- You will be responsible for analysing and optimising marketing performance across our international markets (UK, France, Germany, and Australia/New Zealand).
- Support in-region field marketing leads with actionable data that empowers them to invest in marketing programs that deliver pipeline and ARR growth.
- Lead the creation and execution of structured digital marketing strategies, including 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many, for EMEA & ANZ that are consistent, repeatable, and scalable to drive MQLs, SQLs, and ultimately ARR, both pre- and post-sale.
- Ensure that our EMEA and ANZ marketing performance ultimately contributes to building a strong Sales Enablement community, specifically educating and connecting the market on the value and importance of Sales Enablement.
- Lead our bi-weekly EMEA and ANZ Top of the Funnel (TOFU) meetings to ensure sales and marketing teams are aligned with priority funnel activities and outcomes.
- Represent Global Corporate Marketing, with a focus on EMEA marketing, in monthly EMEA Go-To-Market meetings, ensuring discussions and outcomes are shared with the global corporate marketing team and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain regular reporting on Go-To-Market marketing pipeline performance, ensuring all data is analysed with a clear narrative of its implications for each GTM function.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers in each region to analyse and provide feedback on the performance of marketing campaigns, tactic by tactic and channel by channel, to create highly targeted digital experiences.
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Demand Generation to establish EMEA & ANZ demand generation priorities and measure return on marketing investment.
- Work with the Senior Manager of ABM and Digital to support end-to-end paid campaign measurement, optimisation, and performance for EMEA & ANZ. You'll be hands-on with analysing our digital campaign performance across our primary channels.
- Partner with Director of Global Content Marketing on localisation process to deliver regionally compelling content for EMEA and ANZ.
- Analyse market trends and competitive positioning to ensure Highspot's competitive advantage.
- Think strategically about our marketing performance and act as a trusted advisor to our VP & General Manager of International Sales and VP of Global Corporate Marketing.
- Ad-hoc projects that focus on operational excellence, such as international database best practices.
Your Background
- You have a commercial and results-driven mindset with a strong ability to build and manage lead forecasts that drive business goals.
- You are a strong communicator with a proven record of collaborating across global teams.
- You are curious about all aspects of the pipeline, collaborating with pre- and post-sales, as well as partner sales to execute integrated plans that drive growth.
- You have substantial experience in channel management across LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Intent data, Salesforce, and Marketo. Ideally, you also have experience with Tableau.
- You are a performance marketer who understands the importance of content and product messaging across all stages of the buyer journey.
