About the Role
The most successful candidate for this role will be an effective communicator, both verbally and with written correspondence, possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and take effective action without having to know the total picture. He/she will proactively anticipate needs, clear obstacles and seek opportunities to take ownership of tasks and projects.

What You'll Do

  • Identify any process issues or bottlenecks in the team and work with leadership on possible solutions
  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements for supported leaders by proactively seeking out and triaging scheduling conflicts and staying ahead of opportunities to recommend meeting alternatives
  • Work effectively under pressure within short time constraints prioritizing tasks and taking appropriate action
  • Liaise with investors, financial partners, and board members to coordinate requests and maintain records of meetings held
  • Coordinate activities such as travel, signatures, and expense report submission
  • Continually seek out and identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies
  • Provide coverage for other Executive Assistants as needed
  • Navigate ambiguity well and function without significant oversight or instruction to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Track and help drive the completion of key deliverables following up on outstanding items
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with other EAs across the company
  • Plan and organize morale events inclusive of events celebrating important company milestones
  • Answer questions and provide support for all team members

  • 5+ years experience managing complex calendars
  • Experience working with senior management and collaborating across departments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Incredibly detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
  • Self-starter: can take even the smallest project and run with it to the successful completion.
  • Experience driving items independently in an ambiguous, high-growth organization
  • You have a working knowledge of contemporary collaboration and productivity tools - Google suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office
Base salary range: $86,000 - $117,000 Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
