About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This role will focus on partnering with our go-to-market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will report directly to the Director of FP&A.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with GTM teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
  • Drive annual budgeting, forecasting processes, and streamline GTM data to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and headcount planning and management.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights into key metrics for GTM leaders’ strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with Revenue Strategy & Planning on compensation plan modeling, analysis, and forecasting, contributing to business planning workstreams.
  • Implement effective financial controls, drive process improvements and automation, and assist with process and systems improvements to support the company’s growth and scaling.

Your Background

  • 5+ years in an FP&A function at a hyper-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics.
  • Proven experience partnering with GTM teams and supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
  • Excellent analytics and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, including Excel and financial software (Adaptive Planning).
  • Prior experience working with bookings and revenue forecasting, including SaaS, one-time and professional services.
Base salary range: $118,000 - $191,000. Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.
The above represents total expected compensation for this role. Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
