About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced marketer and skilled collaborator who is passionate about leveraging all marketing automation has to offer. You'll play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and engaging customers throughout their entire journey. You will drive and manage global Highspot’s approach to email marketing, landing page creation, campaign setup, benchmarks, and impact reporting. You will help support the strategy and digital execution of marketing programs across the global marketing team and help evolve our nurture programs for our key personas to engage them as they move through the buyer’s journey. You will work closely within the Demand Generation team and help support our Corporate Marketing, Community, Partner and EMEA Marketing teams through the creation of digital assets, such as landing pages and email programs, marketing automation processes, and assist in tracking key metrics to determine program effectiveness. The ideal candidate has experience managing marketing automation platforms and is skilled at building marketing programs through cross-functional collaboration to execute them.

Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing Excellence: Lead the development and execution of targeted email campaigns, including nurturing sequences, promotional emails, and customer communications
  • Campaign Management: Design and implement effective marketing campaigns, leveraging Marketo to automate workflows and track performance
  • Landing Page Creation & Optimization: Create high-converting landing pages to capture leads and drive conversions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Marketo analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing, Community, Partner, and EMEA Marketing teams to align on strategy and support their digital initiatives.
  • A/B Testing: Run A/B tests for email campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance and report back on results to better improve performance.
  • Operational Efficiency: Collaboration with Revenue Operations Marketo Admin to ensure operational excellence and effective database segmentation.
  • Technical Proficiencies: Proficiency using Salesforce reporting, Tableau dashboards, and Excel is a plus

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or equivalent marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Marketo, Pardot, Oracle Eloqua, or HubSpot. (Highspot uses Marketo)
  • Experienced collaborator skilled at working across a wide range of internal stakeholders to establish cohesive strategies, establish clear accountability for outcomes, and drive efficient, cross-functional execution.
  • Analytical and Data-driven
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills
  • Preliminary knowledge of relevant marketing areas, including copywriting, design, and user experience.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience managing EMEA email marketing with knowledge of GDPR requirements
