Senior Product Marketing Manager

iSpot.tv is changing how brands, agencies and networks measure and assess the impact of TV advertising. iSpot connects TV advertising to actual business outcomes, empowering hundreds of the world’s top brands to plan, measure and optimize their TV ad campaigns and understand the influence they have on driving business growth. We’re looking for a senior product marketing manager to increase product usage by customers and promote adoption of new features/products. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing content that support our GTM strategies, and will partner with marketing, product and sales leadership to ensure products meet demand gen goals and have compelling value propositions. The ideal candidate thrives on quickly shifting from speaking with customers and internal stakeholders to crafting persuasive materials to analyzing data and reporting on product metrics. If you’re an experienced, data-driven B2B tech marketer who is energized by new opportunities and has a passion for product marketing, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding of products and be an evangelist and subject-matter expert for the products you are responsible for
  • Create persuasive product positioning and content that supports our go-to-market plans, launch products and measure product KPIs, including compelling stories and visuals
  • Ensure product value proposition is conveyed appropriately across all channels
  • Execute product launches and create sales materials that support key objectives
  • Work with demand gen teams to ensure product value prop is appropriately conveyed
  • Work closely with customers and the field to understand the voice of the customer and to maintain accurate persona profiles and messaging
  • Report on core product KPIs and partner with sales and marketing to ensure goals are met
  • Keep abreast of the industry and competitive landscapes and incorporate relevant information into sales and marketing positioning and materials as needed

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or equivalent experience, such as product management, content marketing, or sales/solutions engineering
  • 5+ years B2B experience
  • Understanding of product marketing, including crafting positioning and developing go-to-market campaigns
  • Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions
  • Bias for action with the ability to adapt and move quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to quickly learn about new industries and business segments
  • Experience in TV advertising strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background
  • Passion for technology

Target cash compensation range: $110,000-140,000 USD Annually

We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy

iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency.

Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
