The Senior Director of Demand Generation at iSpot.tv is a critical and strategic driver of our company’s growth. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to fuel business expansion and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in digital marketing, with a particular focus on demand generation, and a proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Senior Director of Demand Generation will oversee a high-performing team focused on marketing operations, automation, digital marketing, ABM, and various marketing vendors supporting the broader marketing team. This person will oversee all marketing operations and digital channels, including SEO, email, and paid advertising, and will own the top-of-funnel reporting for the entire go-to-market organization, encompassing sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for hitting new business and expansion pipeline targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales, customer success, and other marketing leaders to align demand and other marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Partner closely with the sales development organization to ensure the last mile of marketing initiatives are converted into meetings and opportunities.
  • Own top-of-funnel goal setting, tracking, and reporting for the entire marketing organization.
  • Oversee the management of all lead generation campaigns, including digital campaigns, events, and content marketing, ensuring they are innovative, cost-effective, and integrated seamlessly with sales goals.
  • Maintain and improve marketing operations infrastructure, including marketing automation, lead routing, and all other parts of the marketing stack.
  • Standardize marketing processes and data management practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and optimize our marketing efforts.
  • Manage budget allocations and ROI analysis for all demand generation initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the demand generation team to support growth objectives.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on demand generation in a technology-driven sector.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate teams to exceed objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and extensive experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid and organic social media.
  • General understanding of technology, including HTML/CSS and databases.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Target cash compensation range: $156,580 - 203,560 USD Annually

We are committed to providing competitive, market-informed compensation. The cash compensation above includes base salary, variable commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full time iSpotters are eligible to participate in iSpot’s equity plan to receive stock options. Non-exempt roles will also be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are influenced by different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy

iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency.

Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule.
