At Nautilus, our mission is to improve the health of millions by unlocking the potential of the proteome to accelerate drug development and enable a new era of precision and personalized medicine. We are working on a single-molecule protein analysis platform that offers unprecedented sensitivity, scale, and ease of use. Our goal is to democratize access to the proteome, which is among the most dynamic and valuable sources of biological insight. To achieve this, we approach deep scientific challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit and are building a world-class team of builders, innovators, and dreamers from diverse disciplines.

We are seeking a highly accomplished individual to provide leadership and drive the strategic vision for our flow cell and surface chemistry initiatives. This role will oversee a multidisciplinary team dedicated to advancing our platform’s flow cell and surface chemistry components. The successful candidate will utilize extensive expertise in surface chemistry, process development, and cross-functional project leadership, to play a pivotal role in both technology development and operational excellence throughout the organization. The position is in San Carlos, CA, and reports directly to the Vice President of Flow Cell Development.
