Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute on event strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute external facing events such as customer events and conferences.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective event execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event goals, develop event concepts, and create event timelines.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, transportation, and accommodations.
- Handle event registration, attendee communication, and on-site event management to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for participants.
- Drive attendance of events by working closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling digital event marketing including email campaigns and landing pages.
- Prepare regular reports on event outcomes and ROI to share with the marketing team and company leadership.
Skills, Experience, Knowledge:
- Ability to travel up to 10-20% of the time.
- Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or a similar role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and suggest innovative marketing and event ideas.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in marketing tools like Marketo or Intercom a plus

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
