We’re building OpenHands, an open-source AI platform that empowers engineering teams to accelerate development, automate workflows, and integrate intelligent coding assistance into real-world software delivery.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own strategic customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and help companies adopt AI-powered tooling that transforms how their developers build software. You’ll partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to bring OpenHands to some of the world’s most innovative engineering organizations—shaping how enterprise teams leverage AI across their development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close

  • Manage and grow a pipeline of Fortune 1000 and high-growth enterprise accounts

  • Lead discovery, deliver value-focused demos, and run executive conversations

  • Partner with Sales Engineers on POCs and technical evaluations

  • Build multi-threaded relationships with engineering, DevOps, and platform stakeholders

  • Forecast accurately and maintain CRM discipline

  • Provide customer insights to Product and influence roadmap direction

What You Bring

  • 3–10+ years quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience (developer tools or infrastructure a plus)

  • Proven track record closing complex six- and seven-figure deals

  • Experience selling to technical buyers (engineering leaders, DevOps, CTO/CIO orgs)

  • Strong understanding of modern software development workflows

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills

  • Self-starter mindset and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Interest in AI/LLM-powered developer tools and open-source software
