About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager with experience in B2B cloud-based subscription software to drive our positioning, packaging, and messaging with Fortune 500 companies across various industries. As the product marketing leader in this role, you will be curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about understanding our customers' needs. You will leverage data to provide clarity, foster internal alignment, and understand what matters to different segments and buyers, all to create differentiated positioning, packaging, and messaging for our products.
You will enjoy taking a hands-on approach and will be eager to help build our marketing function from the ground up. Collaborating closely with the product and sales teams, you will translate our strategy into effective, category-defining execution that positions our products distinctly and sets them apart from the competition.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with various teams (c-suite, sales, product, data science, and engineering) to prioritize target markets, personas, and use cases.
- Work with our product team to define category-leading products and distill key features and benefits into crisp product marketing messages.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Translate intelligence from prospects and customers into actionable insights for product strategy, positioning, and messaging.
- Develop product messaging, positioning, pricing, and detailed launch execution plans, working with senior-level stakeholders, for successful go-to-market.
- Work closely with our sales and business development teams to understand our value propositions and how to effectively position and sell our products.
- Work closely with our product and sales teams to define programs (cross-sell / up spell) which drive meaningful follow-on product adoption.
- Create compelling content for various mediums like product pages, blogs, emails, social media, press releases.
What you've done
- Must have 7+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager at a B2B cloud-based enterprise software company
- Have successfully developed messaging, packaging, and pricing that aligns with each market segment at B2B SaaS companies targeting the Marketing and Communications buying center at enterprise clients.
- Research different market verticals to understand what’s important to each buyer and craft unique messaging and packaging that aligns with their needs.
- Proven track record of driving the marketing strategy and providing guidance to Product, Marketing, and Sales on different market segmentations.
- Internalized our client's business challenges/asks and delivered the right solutions to them.
- Researched and understood target audiences and built content for marketing campaigns to reach and convert those audiences.
- Honed exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for creating product marketing strategies that resonate with executives on different teams at Fortune 500 companies.
- Preferred but not required: Product Marketing Management experience in the social listening and marketing management industry.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager position offers a base salary range of $160,000 to $225,000, along with equity and comprehensive benefits. Please note that this range serves as a guideline; actual total compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skill set, qualifications, and geographic location.
