About the role

We’re looking for a Director of Content Strategy to build our content engine from the ground up. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the voice, strategy, and impact of our marketing function during a pivotal stage of growth. You’ll define and execute a content strategy that drives awareness, authority, and engagement across every channel — from a killer SEO-driven blog to industry-defining reports and thought leadership.

You’ll also play a key role in developing our social strategy, ensuring our content connects across platforms and resonates with the audiences that matter most. What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing content strategy aligned with brand and business goals
  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality industry guides, reports, and thought leadership content that speaks to our enterprise audience
  • Manage SEO agency and drive initiatives forward for Brand Awareness with key KPIs
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and conversations shaping the PR, communications, and marketing landscapes
  • Build and implement a social content strategy that connects long-form content to snackable, high-engagement formats
  • Partner with demand generation and sales teams to create content that supports campaigns, pipeline goals, and customer engagement
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging, storytelling, and tone across all channels
  • Measure and optimize content performance to continually improve impact and ROI

What you've done

  • 5–7 years of experience in content strategy, ideally within Social Listening, SaaS, or a high-growth environment
  • Proven success building and executing robust, data-driven content strategies that deliver measurable business results
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and a solid grasp of how GEO targeting can enhance content reach and relevance
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail and clarity
  • Bold, creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and isn’t afraid to experiment with new formats or approaches
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a high workload in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the energy, drive, and passion to thrive in a startup culture

The Director of Content Strategy position offers a base salary range of $140,000 to $160,000, along with equity and comprehensive benefits. Please note that this range serves as a guideline; actual total compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, skill set, qualifications, and geographic location.
