PlexTrac is a rapidly growing venture-backed B2B SaaS company, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies, leveraging account-based marketing (ABM) techniques, and utilizing the 6Sense platform. If you have a deep understanding of digital marketing, a proven track record in ABM, and expertise in AdWords, display advertising, and paid social, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies to generate demand, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and paid social
    • Continuously monitor campaign performance, examine data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement
    • Utilize market research and customer insights to identify target segments and develop personalized marketing approaches
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
    • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of ABM to develop and execute highly targeted campaigns that engage key accounts and drive revenue growth
    • Utilize the 6Sense platform to identify and prioritize target accounts based on intent data and buyer behavior
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support pipeline acceleration
    • Develop account-specific messaging, content, and personalized marketing experiences to engage and nurture target accounts
  • Digital Advertising Expertise:
    • Utilize your expertise in AdWords, display advertising, and paid social to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and optimize campaign performance
    • Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, continuously monitoring and adjusting campaign settings to maximize ROI
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging advertising platforms, exploring new opportunities to expand our digital advertising efforts
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze marketing data, including campaign performance metrics, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, to provide actionable insights and recommendations
    • Generate regular reports to share key performance indicators and demonstrate the impact of demand generation initiatives
    • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably at a venture-backed B2B SaaS company
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and paid social
  • Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and proficiency in using the 6Sense platform
  • Extensive understanding of AdWords, display advertising, and paid social, with a proven track record of driving results
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in organic service marketing is a plus
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
  • Cybersecurity industry experience a plus

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD [$110,000.00] to [$170,000.00] per year. PlexTrac utilizes different base pay ranges for different work localities, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently based on their home market. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the specific applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s work location. In addition to a candidate’s work location, an individual’s base pay will also depend on a number of factors, such as complexity and responsibility of the posted role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At PlexTrac, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and equity options. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
