We’re looking for a motivated, driven and curious Sales Development Representative (supporting EMEA hours) to help fuel our growth and expand our global footprint. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, responsible for qualifying inbound leads, conducting targeted outbound prospecting, and helping build a strong sales pipeline. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Lead Qualification

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, events and other channels.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and level of interest.
  • Qualify leads against ideal customer profiles and hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Nurture early-stage leads through personalized follow-ups and content sharing.

Outbound Prospecting

  • Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers within ideal customer profiles.
  • Execute outbound campaigns via cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
  • Generate interest, set qualified meetings, and build strong top-of-funnel opportunities.
  • Maintain consistent activity levels and meet weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach and pipeline creation.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and effective sales follow-up.
  • Track all activities and prospect information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Share market insights and competitive intelligence to support overall sales strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 1+ years in outbound phone sales, SDR, or business development (SaaS and Cybersecurity experience preferred)
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
    • Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gong, Linkedin, etc) and sales engagement platforms
  • Mindset:
    • Self-motivated, resilient and target driven
    • Comfortable balancing both inbound responsiveness and proactive outbound prospecting.
    • Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow into a sales career.
    • Able to build meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives
