About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Enablement Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by creating and managing sales enablement content and tools. Your primary focus will be on driving sales productivity and effectiveness through the maintenance and development of high-quality sales enablement resources and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling and engaging sales enablement materials, including presentations, sales guides, playbooks and training resources.
  • Manage and distribute sales content to the sales team, ensuring that it is up to date, easily accessible, and aligned with sales strategies.
  • Guide content governance practices to maintain consistency and accuracy of sales enablement materials across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to understand sales goals and maintain effective, accurate sales enablement content.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and validate content accuracy.
  • Support the project management of sales enablement initiatives, including coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of sales content to identify areas for improvement and optimize effectiveness.
  • Provide proactive and timely communication to sales teams regarding new content, updates, and training opportunities.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of content creation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales enablement support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to develop compelling and concise materials tailored to different sales stages and buyer personas.
  • Experience in project management, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent proactive communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Consistent focus on follow through, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes of all projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
  • Knowledge of content governance principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with technology/technology startups and an understanding of the sales processes in this industry would be a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

The annual pay range for this role is USD $72,000 - $100,000. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
