ABOUT THE TEAM

The Partnerships & Channel team develops and manages relationships with our most critical partners. Our team executes on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with these partners. These partnerships have a significant impact on Qumulo and the experience of our joint customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior team member to join our Partnerships & Channel team. This person will deepen our most strategic relationships and execute on high-impact initiatives with our most important partners. This role will work with executives internally and externally to identify new opportunities to grow our relationships, products, and reach. Our team solves complex problems with creativity and data-driven insights to lead the design and operationalization programs across our rapidly growing business.

In this position, you will manage the strategy and operations to help Qumulo’s go-to-market leaders drive new business through key channels. You will lead a range of processes to keep this business humming, including architecting an engagement and activity model, executing a plan that drives significant new business in the next 6-9 months, and collaborating with sales leaders to understand key levers in their business. You will also take a leadership role in solving a range of strategic issues facing the leadership team.

This is a unique role that requires being strategic, demonstrating willingness to get into the details, and an ability to make hard decisions daily to keep the organization moving quickly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Qumulo’s most strategic partnerships, driving the execution of joint initiatives
  • Leverage industry knowledge to craft thoughtful partnership strategies, and execute deals and initiatives that support Qumulo’s strategy
  • Ensure best-in-class, methodical partner and deal management rooted in milestone management, KPIs and alignment on opportunities of mutual interest
  • Gather inputs from and coordinate with internal cross-functional stakeholders (including sales, marketing, customer success, product, and finance) to drive creation and execution of partner (and related product) strategy
  • Manage multiple internal and external executive stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions and commitment to a shared goal
  • Exhibit an operationally focused mindset, with an ability to lead teams through complex relationship management activities by setting a clear vision, and running tight processes

MINIMUM ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate development, management consulting or related field
  • Demonstrated success in designing and administering critical GTM processes in a complex organization
  • High agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization, and thrives on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
  • Ability to closely interact with executives, drive impact and steer to results within cross-functional teams
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and Google business applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.), and experience in Salesforce CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree

The annual pay range for the role is USD $142,000 - $204,000.

Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
