About Us
Founded in the US in 2022 and now based in London, UK, Recraft is an AI tool for professional designers, illustrators, and marketers, setting a new standard for excellence in image generation.
We designed a tool that lets creators quickly generate and iterate original images, vector art, illustrations, icons, and 3D graphics with AI. Over 3 million users across 190+ countries have produced hundreds of millions of images using Recraft, and we're just getting started.
Join a universe of professional opportunities, develop and support large-scale projects, and shape the future of creativity. We are committed to making Recraft an essential, daily tool for every designer and setting the industry standard. Our mission is to ensure that creators can fully control their creative process with AI, providing them with innovative tools to turn ideas into reality.
If you’re passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI, we want you on board!
About the Role
Recraft's community keeps showing us the same thing: a lot of creators are already talking about the product on their own, simply because they like it. We're building this role around nurturing that — someone who finds these creators, builds real relationships with them, and helps grow an ambassador community across Twitter and Discord, with Reddit on the roadmap. This isn't a classic outreach or support role: it blends community building, relationship management, and a genuine interest in the creator economy.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build relationships with active creators on Twitter (X) who already talk about Recraft, or who would genuinely enjoy using it
Onboard new ambassadors, explain how the program works, and support them as they get started
Maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline of ambassadors — who they are, what they're working on, and how we can support them
Own the Discord community and experiment with new formats to keep it active
Share feedback with the team on what's working, what creators are saying, and where the program should evolve
What We're Looking For
Genuine interest in social media, creators, and online communities — a strong plus if you run something similar yourself
Comfortable approaching problems without a fixed playbook; open-ended questions don't throw you off
Organized enough to track relationships with a growing number of people without anything slipping through the cracks
A real interest in talking to people and building relationships, not just posting content
Self-starter, comfortable working independently
Strong written English
Nice to Have
Experience in community management, creator/influencer outreach, or growth roles
Familiarity with ambassador or affiliate programs
Experience with CRM or outreach-tracking tools
An existing personal presence on Twitter or similar platforms
What We Offer
Full-time, fully remote role
Close collaboration with the marketing team, with real input into how our community and brand voice evolve
A program built on genuine support for creators rather than rigid KPIs or referral fees
Competitive compensation.
