What are we looking to add to our team?

We are seeking a dedicated and detailed individual to join our People team. Reporting to the HR Director, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that HR functions run smoothly, our people programs are effective, and that every employee feels supported throughout their SeekOut journey.

This is a hands-on role in a startup environment that blends operational excellence with a passion for building programs that reflect SeekOut’s core values. You’ll partner across teams to support everything from onboarding and benefits to compliance, engagement and career development.

This role is located in Bellevue with two in-office days each week.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with HR Leadership on various people programs including comp cycle planning/support and benefit renewal cycles, including launching and closing each cycle and providing regular reporting during the program.
  • Front-line coaching of employees and managers inquiries around benefits, hiring and policies.
  • Manage the full onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring every employee’s transition is seamless and human.
  • Build out and update policies, maintain New Hire Orientation deck, run annual Open Enrollment process.
  • Maintain multiple HR tools and systems. Be the point person covering data confidentiality and maintenance of employee records.
  • Run Engagement Surveys and partner with leaders on action items.
  • Partner with our HR Coordinator and Facilities Coordinator to support the employee experience
  • Partner with internal recruiters to assist with coordinating, interviewing and hiring.
  • Support employees with work authorization, leaves of absence, return-to-work and benefits policies generally.

You will be a great match if you have:

  • 3-5 years as an HRBP (progression from HRC and HRG preferred), start-up environment preferred
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (SHRM-SCP/PHR preferred).
  • 3+ years HRIS experience & other tools (Bonus points for the following tools: Rippling, Lattice, Greenhouse or Tilt)
  • Are an active listener who surfaces insights and considers context and impact.
  • Bring creative, scrappy problem-solving to ambiguous challenges.
  • Demonstrate high EQ, empathy, and thoughtful employee support.
  • Are resilient, deliver on commitments, and set clear expectations.
  • Understand HR metrics and can draw meaningful insights from data.
  • Have strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $115,000 - $125,000 annually
