What are we looking to add to our team?

As a member of the Finance team, you will contribute to our company’s mission by enabling key decision making with financial insights. The team partners with our senior business leaders to support operational management of the business and to facilitate strategic decision making focused on key investments, operational improvements, new business opportunities and strategic transactions.

This role reports directly to our VP of Finance and will work closely with all key business leaders.

What you will be doing:

• Partner closely with business leaders to inform key strategic and operational decision making through well informed financial insights and analysis
• Lead strategic planning including ownership and oversight over our long-range and annual operating plan by partnering across SeekOut to help set our strategic priorities and shape our future financial profile
• Manage the annual planning roadmap including identifying key deliverables, setting clear milestones, and resolving cross-functional dependencies to drive company-wide alignment
• Develop an in-depth understanding of key business drivers and establish robust KPI reporting to track and provide appropriate visibility
• Prepare financial reporting presentations that narrates the company’s financial performance and key business drivers in context of declared strategic objectives
• Support key strategic initiatives such as M&A, strategic partnerships and capital markets activities
• Design, automate, and optimize processes, technology and systems to scale; Spread accountability and financial discipline throughout the organization
• Drive ongoing assessment of company’s capital structure and capital markets opportunities to optimize the company’s cost of capital

You will be a great match if you:

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, strategy consulting, or strategic finance, preferably at either a high-tech or enterprise software company
• Analytical mindset to draw insights from data, deep dive into operational drivers, and influence business decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-financial audiences
• Ability to operate independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-moving environment. You’re a self-starter who can manage relationships, deliverables and expectations with your business partners
• Deep experience with various financial applications, including ERP, CRM, and financial planning applications (Salesforce, Netsuite, Excel, etc.)

Base Salary Hiring Range: $152,810 to $210,000 annually
