What are we looking to add to our team?

We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to own multiple areas within our talent management solution, SeekOut Grow. Customers use SeekOut Grow to provide an engaging way for their employees to discover development opportunities within their company.

You will be driving exciting new features from the ground that empower employees to grow, learn, and develop in their careers while giving HR leaders the capabilities to understand and do more with their workforce.

What you will be doing:

  • Breaking new ground, setting product vision and strategy, delivering impactful product experiences
  • Engage with our prospects, customers and users to understand their pains, needs, and concerns
  • Prioritize and design to create solutions that solve real customer problems
  • Own the multi-year product roadmap
  • Lead others to greatness on the team
  • Work effectively with the SeekOut Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams
  • Represent SeekOut in customer meetings and at industry events

You will be a great match if you have:

  • 8+ years in a Product Management role
  • Experience taking a product from zero to first major release
  • Keen customer empathy, design thinking, and UX instincts
  • A Passion for UX, data, and technology
  • A strong sense of ownership and drive for results
  • Excellent team leadership with the ability to rally the team and resolve conflicts
  • Experience in product at an early-stage startup is preferred or the ability to demonstrate "startup mentality" in a larger organization
  • A positive, can-do, "what’s next?" attitude
  • Bonus points for experience with SaaS products in the following arenas: Search, AI, ML, NLP, HR Tech, or Recruiting

To ensure fairness for new hires and existing team members, we factor in an individual's unique skills and experience, market data, and the internal equity of the team.

Base Salary Hiring Range:
$138,720 to $195,000 annually
