What are we looking to add to our team?

The Grow team at Seekout is leading an exciting new product area to give customers solutions to maximize retention and mobility within their organizations. As a Senior Front End Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing experiences for our web-based Grow platform. You will work closely with our product team to translate user requirements and design specifications into functional and exciting experiences.

What you will do:

• Design and develop new vertical experiences for Seekout Grow leveraging React, Redux, and TypeScript and other cutting edge web tech.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers rapidly deliver new features in a fast-faced, iterative environment.
• Create high-quality, reusable code that is maintainable and scalable.

• Optimize web pages for maximum speed, scalability and devices.
• Develop and maintain documentation for the team and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in front-end development
• Lead and mentor engineers on the team to ensure consistency, best practices and quality is maintained.

You will be a great match if you have:

• Belief in Kindness, Gratitude, and Curiosity!
• At least 8 years of software engineering experience focused on front end development.
• Ability to write technical documentation to convey complex designs and initiatives or the team.
• Experience building on top of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Deep expertise with React, Typescript, CSS, and other modern frontend web technologies.
• Experience managing test and deployment pipelines for frontend to enable CI/CD for customers.
• Expertise instrumenting products for analytics and A/B testing.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $125,930 to $163,710 annually
