What are we looking to add to our team?
The Search team at SeekOut is leading an exciting product area to help our customers achieve hiring goals, by finding and engaging quality candidates. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing experiences for our Search platform. You will work closely with our product team to translate user requirements and design specifications into functional and exciting experiences.

What you will be doing:
As a full stack engineer, you will work with other engineers, Product Managers and Designers to develop highly reliable, scalable, and streamlined solutions that maximize the efficiency of our customers’ operations. You will be joining a growing team of agile engineers as we expand our product offerings and deliver quality software. You will interact with engineers across all levels of the products upon which you work, and you will have the chance to make an impact that extends beyond one product.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working across Product and Engineering teams to design and develop complex software applications, based on technical requirements
• Taking ownership of a feature area and delivering consistent improvements, troubleshooting, prioritizing tasks based on these requirements
• Collaborating with the rest of the team for the development of new product features, using React.js and Node.js concepts
• Implementing and contributing to engineering best practices
• Writing and maintaining clean code with unit tests
• Participating in code reviews

What you should have:

• The equivalent of 6 years of software development experience as a software engineer
• Required experience with React.js: 3 years, Node.js: 3 years
• Competency with API design
• Ability to use noSQL and SQL databases
• Familiarity with development for highly scalable, high availability architectures
• Familiarity with a cloud development environment such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Familiarity with developing automated testing that can be integrated into a build pipeline
• Familiarity with .NET and C# would be a bonus

To ensure fairness for new hires and existing team members, we factor in an individual's unique skills and experience, market data, and the internal equity of the team.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $125,930 to $163,710 annually
