What are we looking to add to the team?

This role requires an experienced technical project manager to be a trusted advisor to our customers, and a strong collaborative partner with our sales and engineering teams. This individual provides technical leadership, consultation, and leverages advanced knowledge of system configuration and implementation. We are looking for someone who leads and directs both large and small projects independently, operates with a wide level of autonomy, and drives multiple projects simultaneously. This role will involve both pre-sales and post-sales efforts.


What you will do:

  • Own and lead implementation of internal talent solutions (Grow) with the customer, including participating directly in initial kickoff and discovery calls.
  • Collaborate with appropriate members of product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements and feedback to drive future enhancements.
  • Assist in project plan development, timeline, and resource alignment.
  • Ensure internal transition between pre-sales teams and implementation teams.
  • Clearly document solution implementation plans.
  • Drive continuous feedback internally and externally to communicate best practices/lessons learned.
  • Serve as strategic business partner and SaaS product expert.
  • Provides regular internal updates on project status.

  • 5+ years implementing SaaS solution in a system consulting or delivery role with deep technical product expertise and hands-on configuration skills.
  • Solid business acumen and a combination of communication and problem-solving skills to deliver the implementation and services that will assist clients in achieving their business goals and objectives.
  • Consulting experience with Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, or HR Tech.
  • Experience with HR systems in practice.
  • Excellent consulting skills with a customer-centric, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle complex data management/data quality.
  • Proven proficiency in prioritizing critical client issues and managing workflow.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and to understand a client's and underlying business and organizational issues.
  • Enjoys a start-up environment and operate at a fast pace with constant change.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $98,910 to 130,000 annually
