What are we looking to add to our team?

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Engineering Manager to join our core engineering team in Bangalore. You will help us build new products and features to disrupt recruiting and talent acquisition space. You will have an opportunity to be part of a passionate and diverse group – to learn, grow, and make a significant and meaningful impact to a growing product.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead multiple v1 efforts end to end, starting from initial idea to requirements, then on to planning, architecture, design, development, and finally shipping
  • Successfully work across multiple teams, Engineering, Product, AI, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional product.
  • Architect, design, and build scalable, reliable, high-performance online services as well as core backend software components
  • Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of our infrastructure
  • Lead by example, Mentor and coach software engineers of all levels and help them grow in their career.
  • Advocate lean and agile development practices, building solid products that will last test of time

You will make a great match, if you:

  • Have 10+ years of professional development experience – having shipped multiple versions of SaaS products
  • Demonstrated experience building distributed systems with a cloud service-oriented architecture
  • Have 5+ years of experience with expertise in at least one of: Azure, AWS, Spark, AI, Applied Machine Learning, NLP, Predictive Modeling, Search, or related
  • Demonstrated skills in building high performance teams
  • Have a BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Ideally have worked in Startups or shipped v1 features and projects with end-to-end accountability
  • Have excellent leadership skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoy the fast-paced startup environment, have a growth mindset, and can adapt to changing requirements
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong empathy for customers
  • Are innately curious with strong bias for action and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Are strategic and results driven with an ability to make an impact with influence and collaboration
