What are we looking to add to our team?

SeekOut is looking for a Senior Product Designer to create experiences that help our customers recruit, retain and grow their people.

The SeekOut design team is dedicated to excellence in creativity and design. We are a diverse group of artists that take pride in making a difference through design, fostering creative culture within the organization, and growing talent within the team. Our design work relies on every aspect of a customer's experience. We seek to deeply solve problems and create solutions that meaningfully affect the daily lives of our customers. You will get a chance to shape product direction and play a key role in nurturing best practices to deliver high-quality experiences to all our customers.

As a Senior Product Designer on the SeekOut design team, you should be at ease creating scenarios, sketches, story boards, wireframes, and prototypes. You will be able to visualize an experience in the abstract, break down complex use-cases and then be able to drive the vision into solid design deliverables. You think first from the customer’s perspective, set relentlessly high standards for yourself and deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You don’t already know everything, and you love to learn. You’re hungry to learn about business, technology, and design and how they all work together to deliver breakthrough products. You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and embrace the idea that failure is a critical part of innovation. You thrive on working well with others. You make the people around you better. You love to collaborate with designers, engineers, product managers, executives, and inspire them to do their best. You balance your passion for inspired, compelling, elegant yet simple designs with a highly analytical nature, immaculately precise execution, and a relentless drive to design, build and deliver.

• Be deeply thoughtful in your approach.
• Be able to reduce complicated messaging into clear, simple communication.
• Be articulate in explaining your rationale behind decisions and communicate effectively.
• Take great pride in doing all the above effectively and enjoy the process.

You will be a great match if you have:

• 6+ years of industry experience as a product designer.
• Significant experience designing the UX and UI of medium size products and features.
• Significant experience designing high polish contemporary application UIs, visually rich information displays or dashboards, newsfeeds, and other content experiences.
• Professional portfolio to present and communicate your approach, process, work, and accomplishments.

Nice to haves:

• You have previous experience in the world of Search, Data Visualization, AI, and/or HR Tools.
• You have designed and built great tools with small teams in the past.
• You can design, maintain, and evolve a design system in Figma.
• You can design WCAG compliant, accessible interfaces.
