Experience to bring with you:

  • Design, build and implement custom solutions on Twilio Flex platform
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and design custom IVRs (Interactive Voice Response)
  • Implement call routing and queueing strategies to ensure optimal call handling
  • Create custom plugins and integrations to enhance the Twilio Flex platform
  • Develop custom user interfaces for agents, managers and customers
  • Debug and resolve technical issues with Twilio Flex solutions
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Twilio Flex and cloud contact center technology
  • Should have experience in using Twilio products such as Programmable Voice, SMS, Video, Chat and Studio
  • Collaborate with other team members, including Product leadership, influence, own, and improve Flex platform
  • Experience with Micro Frontend architecture and implementation
  • Translate architecture vision into concrete system designs
  • Work closely with Development team to deliver agreed scope of work

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience for Sr. React/Twilio developer
  • Have had experience building and maintaining products that integrate with the Twilio platform
  • Extensive React & Redux experience.
  • Extensive Node.js experience
  • CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap
  • Typescript or modern JavaScript
  • Unit and Integration Testing
  • Understanding of SOLID design principles & secure coding practices
  • Web-services, 3rd party APIs, tools such as Postman, SoapUI & Fiddler
  • WEB API, RESTful services
  • You have built and maintained a REST API and know your 418 response from a 422 Have an understanding of functional css and have had experience using css frameworks like Tailwind.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid team environment so someone who is self- motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills Nice to have
  • We love testing and hope you do too, so experience with React testing libraries like Jest would be a bonus
  • Good communication skills.
