The Day-to-day

• Product Strategy & Vision : Define and communicate product strategy and vision, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
• Customer Insight & Market Analysis : Understand and anticipate customer needs through direct interaction, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Product Roadmap : Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer needs.
• Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative products and features.
• Product Launch : Oversee successful product launches, working with the marketing team on go-to-market strategies.
• Product Performance : Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success and continuous improvement.
  
  

Skills & Qualities We Value

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or technology product environment within the travel industry.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role, with the ability to stay closely connected to the customer's needs.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and a customer-focused approach.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up ones sleeves to get the job done.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
