Where: Your home base! This role is eligible for 100% remote work
Why: Spotnana is looking for a Senior Attorney to join our growing Legal team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted legal partner to our Sales, Content & Distribution, Product, and Procurement teams - drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements that power Spotnana's business. You will work cross-functionally to help close deals, manage risk, and support the company's rapid growth in the global travel technology space.
How (to land the job!): Our interview process typically includes an initial recruiter screen, a hiring manager conversation, and a series of interviews with key cross-functional stakeholders. We aim to make the process efficient and transparent, so you always know where you stand.
The day to day:
- Support Sales, Content and Distribution, Product, and Procurement teams, providing timely and practical legal guidance.
- Identify and mitigate legal and business risks in commercial transactions while balancing the company's growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and processes to scale Legal.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, vendor, and partnership contracts
- Support new products, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives as the company continues to scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Privacy, Security, and Finance to support business needs.
Skills & qualities we value:
- 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, with in-house experience at a travel, technology, or SaaS company strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, software licensing, and data privacy considerations in commercial agreements
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a high volume of contracts, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for business partners
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and a desire to help build and improve scalable legal processes
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar

The base salary range for this role is $210,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on a number of factors, including the candidate’s working location.
